Blessed Be Your Purity
Blessed be your purity, May it be blessed for ever, For no less than God takes delight, In such exalted beauty.  To you, heavenly Princess, Holy Virgin Mary, I offer on this day My whole heart, life and soul.  Look upon me with compassion, do not leave me, my Mother.

To The Guardian Angel
Angel of God, my guardian dear, To whom his love commits me here; Ever this day be at my side, To light and guard, to rule and guide.  Amen.

Act Of Faith
Oh my God, I firmly believe that you are one God in three divine persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit; I believe that your divine Son became man and died for our sins, and that he shall come to judge the living and the dead.  I believe these and all the truths which the holy Catholic Church teaches, because you have revealed them, who can neither deceive nor be deceived.

Act Of Hope
O my God, relying on your almighty power and infinite mercy and promises, I hope to obtain pardon for my sins, the help of your grace, and life everlasting, through the merits of Jesus, my Lord and Redeemer.

Act of Charity
O my God,I love you above all things, with my whole heart and soul, because you are all-good and worthy of all love.  I love my neighbour as myself for the love of you.  I forgive all who have injured me, and ask pardon of all whom I have injured.

Prayer Before A Day's Work
Direct, we beg you, O Lord, our actions by your holy inspirations, and carry them on by your gracious assistance, that every prayer and work of ours may begin always with you, and through you be happily ended. Amen.

Prayer To Keep Presence Of God
Lord, God Almighty, you have brought us safely to the beginning of this day.  Defend us today by your mighty power, that we may not fall into any sin, but that all our words may so proceed and all our thoughts and actions be so directed, as to be always just in your sight.  Through Christ our Lord.  Amen.

Acceptance Of God's Will
In all things may the most holy, the most just, and the most lovable will of God be done, praised, and exalted above all for ever.  Your will be done, O Lord, your will be done. The Lord has given, the Lord has taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord.

Holy Michael, the Archangel, Defend Us in Battle
Holy Michael, the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our safeguard against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray; and do you, O Prince of the heavenly host, by the power of God cast into hell Satan and all the evil spirits who wander through the world seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.

The Holy Rosary

The rosary has been prayed since the thirteenth century.  While meditating on the life of Jesus, one recites the prayers that brings one closer to Himand to His Mother, Mary.

Start by making the sign of the Cross.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.  Amen.

Then recite the Creed.

I Believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth, and in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord.  He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, and born of the Virgin Mary.  He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried.  He descended into hell.  On the third day He rose again.  He ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand o God the Father Almighty.  He will come again to judge the living and the dead.  I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting.  Amen

Then say one (1) "Our Father", three (3) "Hail Mary's" for the virtues of Faith, Hope and Charity; and the one(1) "Glory Be".

OUR FATHER , who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name.  Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done, On earth as it is in Heaven.  Give us this day, our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespasses against us.  And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

HAIL MARY, full of grace, the Lord is with thee, Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now, and the hour of our death .  Amen.

GLORY BE to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit.  As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

The Rosary is divided into three parts, each having five mysteries.  While reciting each mystery, one says one "Our Father", 10 "Hail Mary's" and 1 "Glory Be" (which makes up one decade):

PRAYER TO THE BLESSED TRINITY
O my God, Trinity whom I adore, help me forget myself entirely so to establish myself in you, unmovable and peaceful as if my soul were already in eternity. May nothing be able to trouble my peace or make me leave you, O my unchanging God, but may each minute bring me more deeply into your mystery!  Grant my soul peace.  Make it your heaven, your beloved dwelling, and the place of your rest.  May I never abandon you there, but may I be there, whole and entire, completely vigilant in my faith, entirely adoring, and wholly given over to your creative action
Blessed Elizabeth of the Trinity

ANIMA CHRISTI
Soul of Christ, make me holy.
Body of Christ, be my salvation.
Blood of Christ, let me drink your wine.
Water flowing from the side of Christ, wash me clean.
Passion of Christ, strengthen me.
Kind Jesus, hear my prayer.
Hide Jesus, hear my prayer.
Hide me within your wounds and keep me close to you.
Defend me from the evil enemy.
Call me a my death to the fellowship of your saints,
That I may sing your praise with them
thorough all eternity.  Amen

MEMORARE
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession, was left unaided.  Inspired by this confidence I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother.  To thee do I come, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful.  O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer me.  Amen.

REGINA CAELI
Queen of heaven, rejoice, alleluia.
For he whom thou didst merit to bear, alleluia.
Has risen as he said, alleluia.
Pray for us to God, alleluia.

V.  Rejoice and be glad, O Virgin Mary, alleluia
R. For the Lord has truly risen, alleluia.

Let us pray.  O God, who through the resurrection of thy Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, didst vouchsafe to give joy to the world; grant, we beseech thee, that through his Mother, the Virgin Mary, we may obtain the joys of everlasting life.  Through the same Christ our Lord.  Amen.

Act of Contrition
My God, I am sorry for my sins with all my heart. In choosing to do wrong and failing to do good, I have sinned against you whom I should love above all things. I firmly intend, with your help, to do penance, to sin no more, and to avoid whatever leads me to sin. Our Savior Jesus Christ suffered and died for us. In his name, my God, have mercy.
